Leading delivery across multi-tenant SaaS products: architecture decisions, code review, release planning and mentoring the developers who used to sit where I did. The scope runs wider than the backend now, covering React Native apps, AI agents and automation wired into shipping features, and the infrastructure it all deploys onto.
Owned features end to end rather than one half of them: backend architecture for subscription and billing systems, the React interfaces sitting on top, payment gateway and third-party API integrations, plus queue design and performance work across the platform.
Built features across web applications and admin panels, from the database schema through to the JavaScript on the page. Learned the codebase end to end, and moved from tickets to owning whole modules.
